| Description |
When using keyword based profanity filtering in agent chat, this option forces the system to match only on exact whole words. For example, this prevents us from matching on "assistant" when "ass" is the prohibited word. However, this also means that all versions of the prohibited word need to be explicitly forbidden in the keywords configured. |
