| Description |
Enable business rule that automatically normalizes manufacturer names for configuration items. The purpose of this business rule is to ensure that configuration items added or updated in the instance by a mechanism other than Discovery (i.e. via the Import feature) are also normalized. Enabling this business rule does not prevent CIs inserted or updated by Discovery from being normalized. |
