| Description |
When an agent initiates an email, the system has to decide whether to create a new interaction or
to link this email to an existing one.
By default, if an interaction is already created for one target(e.g. a consumer) any other email to the same
consumer irrespective of the agent(sender) will be linked to the same interaction.
The system will look into this list of target tables to decide if an agent check must also be done while
checking for an existing interaction. |
