Description	When the property is set to true, any normalization suggestions where the manually normalized values are exactly the same as the suggested normalized values will be auto accepted. When the property is set to false, any normalization suggestions where the manually normalized values are exactly the same as the suggested normalized values, normalization suggestions will be created in "New" state. The underlying discovery models will not be updated until a sam_admin accepts the normalization suggestion.
