Business rule: Limit Recomputation Job Count
When the regular recomputation job-count property changes, this rule reads the fast job-count value to check that both counts together do not exceed the worker-thread count; if they do, admins see an error and the change is blocked. If the fast value is missing, the rule uses the utility’s default job count.

Business rule: Redeploy SM Fast Recomputation Jobs
When this property changes, the rule reads its value and uses it to determine how many Service Mapping fast recomputation jobs to deploy. If the property has no value, it uses the utility’s default job count; the code does not show the default number or any direct user-facing change.
