com.snc.change_request.populate_service_offering

Populates a change request’s Service Offerings related list from its Impacted Services/CIs list when enabled. It adds only offerings with a Depends on and Used by relationship to an impacted service in the CMDB; the default false setting leaves the related list unchanged.
