Default value true
Description This property allows you to disable Knowledge blocks feature partially. When the value is true: 1. Search logic looks for text within blocks and articles individually. 2. New blocks can be created in Knowledge Bases where the "Enable Blocks" field is selected. 3. Blocks can be added to articles in Knowledge Bases where the "Enable Blocks" field is selected. When the value is false: 1. Search logic does not look for text within the blocks. Search logic only looks for static text in articles. This may cause false negatives ex: If user searches for "update password" and if this search text is only in block but not in article text, the article will not appear in search results. 2. New blocks cannot be created. 3. Blocks cannot be added to existing articles. 4. "Enable Blocks" field on Knowledge Bases cannot be updated after this change. 5. Existing blocks already inserted on the article will remain as it is and block content will still be displayed on the article.
